What it solves
At a table, the server is the middleman who walks over, writes it down and types it in again. Menny removes that step: the guest orders from their phone and the order goes straight to the station that prepares it. When the server does take the order, it lands on the same account.
The account belongs to the table, not to each person. Several guests join the same account through the QR code stuck to the table, and at payment time each one picks their own items: whatever has been paid is locked immediately for everyone.
Menny is the first product in the Refactor ecosystem and it's in production. It opens in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer.
A shared account through the table's QR
The printed QR lives on the table. Whoever arrives asks to join, and someone on the team, or someone already seated, approves.
Hybrid ordering
The server from their phone and the guest from theirs both add to the same account. No duplicated tickets.
Split by item
Each person picks their own, or they split evenly. Whatever is paid is locked immediately for everyone.
Kitchen by station
Every item reaches its station with explicit states. No one else's handwriting to decipher.
